OUR IMPACT
Starting from rural Uganda and beyond
We are working with local governments to test the approach and scale the impact. Starting from Eastern Uganda, we hope to escalate to all other parts of rural Uganda.
During our prototype phase, our organization has made significant strides toward improving maternal and neonatal health outcomes in Eastern rural Uganda. By training midwives and nurses in delivering Point Of Care Ultra-Sound, we have achieved measurable impact, positively influencing the healthcare landscape. Key accomplishments by numbers include:

These achievements collectively demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach in enhancing access to skilled obstetric care through empowering midwives with ultrasound capabilities thus reducing maternal and neonatal mortality rates. Furthermore, our commitment to community engagement and partnerships has fostered a positive reception and a growing sense of empowerment within the local healthcare ecosystem.
As we continue to refine and expand our programs, we are dedicated to leveraging these early successes to inform our strategies, address challenges, and further optimize our interventions. Our ongoing commitment to piloting, scalability and thereafter sustainability ensures that the impact of our program extends beyond the pilot phase, creating lasting improvements in maternal and neonatal health in rural Uganda.
