In 2019, Alex started a voluntary move of sensitizing pregnant women about the importance of antenatal visits, including having at least an ultrasound scan done. The catchment area was exclusively Kamuli General Hospital. Through mobilizations, sensitizations and co-ordinations, community leaders and hospital heads got impressed with his work. This attracted more healthcare workers with the same mission to his work. By End of COVID-19 time, doctors, mid-wives, nurses and other front-line healthcare professionals had joined his mission. 

A team was drafted that would push the mission forward and by end of 2022, the organization was fully incorporated by the URSB.
